A bit too small. Washing clothes is terribly inconvenient with one machine for the entire Hotel.

The location was good.

Tiny room - not even big enough to open a suitcase not on the bed. Carpet looks old & not very clean.The wifi was spotty & I just kept getting apologies, but nothing fixed. I asked not to clean my room 3 times, and it was still cleaned. Frustrating stay.

Location! Right off the Hibiya Line, Hatchobori station Clean, decent size

Space to store my luggage. Ample desk space to work on a laptop.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet.

A little bit of a walk to get to all the shopping but it’s a trade off for the price.

Very close to Hatchobori train station and made it easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo.

Close to a few train stations. Quiet neighborhood. Love the 4 corners of convenience stores (Family mart, Lawsons and 7-11).

Central heating and room ventilation not very good. Not able to open curtains as opposite the hotel is an office where working staff can view into the room.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Location was great. The bed was also very comfortable.

The only thing that was a bit of a challenge was the size of the room. The room is very small but I believe that’s how things are here.

The property was very clean, the staff was extremely attentive and polite.

The location is convenient and easy to arrive by public transport/uber. The breakfast was spectacular, including eggs, salmon, salad, noodles, lot of options!! The room was great and there is washer/dryer machines in 2nd floor.

Breakfast could be improved and time for breakfast should be expanded until 10 am and check out until 10:30 am at least

The staffs are nice and helpful.

Location is inconvenient—too far from the train entrance, and the hotel is difficult to find, especially since there are multiple APA hotels in the same area. The bathroom is extremely small, with barely enough space to brush your teeth, and the bathtub design makes it easy to splash water out. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is simple, and it's not located in the most interesting part of Tokyo. However, the train station is nearby, so it can be a convenient place to stay if you know you'll be taking a train. The streets of Ginza are also not too far away

English is not really spoken at the hotel. The reception staff use Google Translate to communicate. I understand this is Japan, but when working in the tourism industry—especially at a hotel reception—basic English should be spoken.The rooms are very small.The hotel is not located in one of the more interesting areas of Tokyo.Breakfast was not included in my offer, which is a pity, as the stay was already quite expensive

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great location

Location was fine.

The room size was too small, my husband is 6 foot 2 and I am tall, we didn’t even want to open our bags.

Location: Near Giza in 10 mins by walking

Wifi: The Wifi was SUCK!!! I could not imagine the speed of internet use in Japan in 2025.The room cleaning provided every 3 days???? Not every day. Shocked!The receptionist tried to speak English but didn't tell us much that we should have known. None of the services and facilities met the standards that we had in other hotels in Japan.

Great location, lots of comfort and features packed into a tiny room combined with a good price. It's a business hotel with just enough space for a person or two.

I'm a big guy so I'd like a bit more space in the bathroom. I can make do with the amount provided, just would be a bit more comfortable with more.

It is a bit far from everything, but the metro helps a lot

The staff :(They either did not speak e English at all or just decided they didn’t after you asked for a favor (for them to help making a doctor’s appointment in Japanese). That was the worst treatment I have ever experienced in a hotel. No patience with the clients. No support when a 2mins ask was made. Lying about not understanding English after talking to me for minutes.
